Having explored the prospectus and the appropriate course entry requiements you can now submit an application form to join Fortismere sixth form using the form listed below.

Please note the application process differs for internal (current Fortismere students) and external candidates.

Internal Candidates - You will be handed an application form by your form tutor which needs to be completed by hand and returned to your form tutor by no later than Friday 12th February 2010. If you misplace this form, please print the internal application form, fill in by hand and return to your Year 11 tutors.

External Candidates - Please download the external application form, complete on a computer and e-mail it, by no later than Friday 12th February 2010. The email address to use is: sixthform@fortismere.haringey.sch.uk
